Tasha works hard to provide for her growing family.
She became certified as a nursing assistant, but found that best paying jobs for CNAs were located far from home. When she ran into car trouble, these jobs became impossible to get to. This meant that a mechanical car issue became a major financial setback.
Enter FlexRide Milwaukee, a rideshare service operated by MobiliSE, a non profit organization.
Tasha now proudly calls herself a FlexRider. The service helped her find work that paid 2 to 3 times what she was able to make closer to home.
Soon, Tasha told her adult kids about the service. Now the whole family uses FlexRide and are rising together, earning good money and advancing in life.
"FlexRide, to me, is family stabilization," Tasha says."It helps us get to places where we can provide for the family."

100% of contributions go toward providing safe and reliable rides to work, and keep fares affordable.
