A monthly pass allows for up to 4 rides per day for one month, starting on the day of purchase.
How to Ride for Free

Use a Transit Hub: All rides from/to a designated Transit Hub (labeled with numbers in the zone maps above) are FREE.

Late Night Rides: All rides are FREE from 11:30 pm until 4:30 am from anywhere in an Employment or Neighborhood Zone.
Senior/Disabled
Eligible riders must show proof of age/disability or MCTS discounted fare card to receive this fare rate.

Additional Passengers
Additional passengers can ride for $1.50 per one-way trip.
How to purchase fares
You can pay by adding a credit or debit card to your account in the FlexRide app. Cash is not accepted on the FlexRide vehicles.
Cash customers can use a prepaid debit card or purchase vouchers. Vouchers will have unique codes that can be redeemed within the FlexRide Milwaukee app or by phone. Three types of vouchers are available: 6 rides ($18), 10 rides ($20), or 42 rides ($70). FlexRide Milwaukee vouchers can be purchased from the cashier’s office at:

Rides from the North/Northwest Neighborhood Zone can only go to the Menomonee Falls/Butler Employment Zone. Click to see jobs and employers accessible from the North Side.
Rides from the Near South Side Neighborhood Zone can only go to the Franklin Business Park Employment Zone. Click to see jobs and employers accessible from the South Side.
FlexRiders do not need to live inside of a Neighborhood Zone to use the services. Rides can be requested anywhere within the Neighborhood or Employment Zones.
